Job Title: EMC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled EMC Engineer to join our team at Preh. As an EMC Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall EMC EMI design assessment and PI SI EMI design simulation of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall EMC EMI design assessment and PI SI EMI design simulation of the product, providing EMC design support and solutions for detailed hardware design.
• Participate in the review at various stages of product R&D, audit the hardware circuit schematic, PCB layout, and structural design for EMC according to EMC design principles, and provide review comments; responsible for providing EMC design and testing technical support and standard basis for other colleagues.
• Conduct EMC verification tests at various stages of the product, develop test plans and schemes, and provide test reports.
• Responsible for the EMC testing of the product, problem localization, countermeasure analysis, as well as rectification and verification, organize EMC improvement plan reviews.
• Participate in the formulation of EMC test plans for the company's products, as well as related testing specifications and procedures.
• Collect and study various international and national standards and related EMC requirements, establish EMC equipment testing operation specifications, and be responsible for EMI testing and design training.
• Responsible for the EMI EMC technical support work for after-sales customers.

Requirements:

• Familiar with EMC standards for automotive components and EMC standards of major OEM manufacturers, such as CISPR 25, CISPR22, Ford, BMW, VW, etc.
• Familiar with EMC standards and regulations related to the power system of new energy vehicles, and able to build an EMC test environment according to the standards.
• Familiar with power topologies, such as BOOST PFC, LLC, PSFB, Flyback, etc., and master key circuits/key parameters.
• Familiar with the design of filters, responsible for the selection and design of filtering components such as common mode inductors, differential mode inductors, X/Y capacitors, and have a deep understanding of the high-frequency characteristics of filtering components.
