For our location in Ningbo, we are currently seeking a highly skilled EMC Engineer

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Engineer Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough EMC EMI design assessments and provide design support for detailed hardware design.
  • Participate in product R&D review stages, auditing hardware circuit schematics and PCB layouts for EMC compliance.
  • Develop and execute test plans, schemes, and reports for EMC verification at various product stages.
  • Lead EMC testing, problem localization, countermeasure analysis, rectification, and verification, organizing EMC improvement plan reviews.
  • Collaborate on EMC test plan formulation for company products and related testing specifications.
  • Collect and study international and national EMC standards, establishing EMI testing operation specifications.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CISPR 25, CISPR22, Ford, BMW, VW, and other OEM manufacturers' EMC standards.
  • Knowledge of EMI standards for new energy vehicle power systems and ability to build EMC test environments.
  • Understanding of power topologies, such as BOOST PFC, LLC, PSFB, Flyback, and key circuit parameters.
  • Expertise in filter design, selecting and designing filtering components like common mode inductors, differential mode inductors, X/Y capacitors, and understanding high-frequency filtering component characteristics.
