Your Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with configuration and technical questions related to the EP system, product information, and BOM preparation.
- Design and edit order drawings and technical documents.
- Contribute to the creation of technical provisions, order specifications, and job contacts.
- Identify and resolve quality issues.
- Embody Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of power transmission and distribution, with a preference for transformer and bushing expertise.
- Proficiency in Creo is required, with experience in Windchill and simulation tools like Ansys, ABAQUS, and COMSOL being a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English is preferred, with strong reading and writing abilities.
