Luxury Brand Visual Merchandiser

The Visual Merchandising Specialist will collaborate with the Senior Project Design Manager for the APAC region in the architectural planning of showrooms and the execution of visual standards. This role is crucial in ensuring that Poltrona Frau's partners receive local support from a showroom planner, capable of planning reconfigurations, adhering to the company's visual merchandising guidelines, and updating existing spaces in alignment with the global strategy.
The image of Poltrona Frau must be consistently enhanced and refined within the Chinese market, with diligent oversight of display and architectural aesthetics.
The China Visual Merchandising Specialist will report directly to the Regional Director for Greater China and functionally to the Senior Project Design Manager for APAC.
Key Responsibilities Enhance and maintain the Poltrona Frau image across showrooms by visiting clients and guiding them to adhere to the company's visual standards during setups and new orders; Facilitate the launch of new Monobrand and Branded Spaces, ensuring alignment with the updated In-Store Philosophy; Assist the Chinese Commercial Team with stock orders and display rotations at each point of sale (biannually); Be prepared to travel a minimum of 10 working days each month. Core Duties Elevate product displays in all showrooms throughout China by implementing Poltrona Frau's visual guidelines; Establish a direct rapport with dealers to educate them on improving their displays; Aid dealers during the product reconfiguration phase; Organize regular visits to dealers to enhance showroom management, agreeing on reconfigurations and defining new orders; Gather dealer requests and needs to share with the Style Office; Develop a stock management strategy with dealers to support sales from the plan. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities; Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Ability to collaborate effectively and build consensus within cross-functional teams; Highly organized with a keen attention to detail; Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment; Proficient in architectural and graphic design software; Collaborative, respectful, ambitious, determined, and highly efficient; Empathetic and socially aware, capable of working effectively with individuals at all levels; The ideal candidate should have a passion for the luxury sector. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field; Proven experience in Interior Design for at least 1-3 years, with a solid background in high-end furniture, fashion, or durable goods; Proficient in 2D modeling (AutoCAD), 3D modeling (Rhinoceros), rendering (Cinema 4D + Vray or similar), graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English; Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Chinese; Global experience or an international mindset is advantageous. Willingness to travel regularly within the region and to headquarters.
