Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Director to lead our Food and Beverage Department at Hyatt Regency Xi'an Chanba. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the division, ensuring that all outlets and banquets meet the highest standards of quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food production and service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a large operation
  • Apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
