Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect to join our team at Goodyear. As an AI Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing AI solutions that optimize operations, improve tire quality, and propel us ahead of the competition.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identify strategic opportunities for AI implementation across various functions, including sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, finance & HR management.
  • Analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
  • Select the most appropriate AI technologies (e.g., Machine Learning, Deep Learning) based on specific business needs, data availability, cost efficiency, and related regulations.
  • Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model development, training, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective communication and training on AI initiatives across the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions, making adjustments and optimizations as needed.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technologies and industry trends.
  • Ensure solution design and development follow global AI policies.

Requirements



  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
  • Experience with various AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in the manufacturing industry (a plus).
  • Experience with cloud technologies (a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with LLM and NLP libraries.
  • Legal domain knowledge or experience (a plus).
