Job Title: NTI Engineer
Location: CN - Pulandian
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled NTI Engineer to join our team. As an NTI Engineer, you will be responsible for following up on test results and analysis for plant waste and yield improvement.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow up on test results and analysis for plant waste and yield improvement.
2. Analyze new tire section performance, including waste and uniformity, compound, and die.
3. Review line up between GICL and plant on new projects to ensure low complexity levels.
4. Participate in FI and actively support EHS.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in mechanic or mechanics design.
2. 1 year of experience in manufacturing and/or tire design related jobs.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills in Chinese and English.
