Responsibilties:
- You are request to follow up the test result and analysis for plant waste & yield improvment.
- You are responsible to analysis new tire section performance (waste & uniformity), compound & Die etc.request, local spec in CMT & MES creation
- You need to review line up between GICL vs plant on new project to make sure low complexity level.
- You are also request to actively participating FI and 100% support EHS.
Qualifications:
- You got Bachelor's degree in mechanic / mechanics design.
- You have 1 year experience in manufacturing and or tire design related job.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills both in Chinese and English
