Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of complex tasks and assignments on client engagements, with minimal guidance, including:
  • Identifying and structuring client challenges and issues to develop hypotheses.
  • Collecting and gathering client data to test hypotheses.
  • Analyzing data to develop meaningful recommendations and solutions.
  • Engaging clients through meetings, interviews, and workshops at various stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Developing high-quality presentations and documents for client engagements and business development.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships to ensure project success.
  • Expanding knowledge and expertise in process safety management while staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Supporting the DSS knowledge base through creating best practice project content and standardizing project practices and templates.
  • Familiarity with the PSM framework and correlation between PSM elements.
  • Hands-on experience leading PSM activities.
  • Knowledge of process safety information, management of change, emergency response, safe operating procedures, and other relevant PSM elements.
  • Able to lead incident investigations concerning process safety incidents.
  • Able to conduct gap analyses on PSM and provide recommended solutions to clients throughout the engagement cycle.
  • Understanding how to set up PSM-related KPIs.
  • Able to apply PHA methodologies (HAZOP, What-if, FMEA, FTA, etc.).
  • Experience with PSM audits.
  • Understanding of life cycle management for process safety.
  • Familiarity with ISP (Inherently Safer Process) and LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis).
  • Able to work with all levels of client organization to implement solutions effectively and realize safety improvement goals.
  • Excellent data analysis, presentation, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 80%.
