The DC sector is encountering significant local competition characterized by acceptable performance and quality at competitive pricing. To maintain our profitable growth trajectory, we aim to cultivate a strategic PRM manager who can grasp future market trends, technological advancements, and product requirements. This role involves defining a comprehensive product roadmap with precise specifications, performance metrics, and target pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze local market demands through various methods, including key customer engagements and competitor analysis.
2. Develop a market-aligned product portfolio roadmap with clear specifications and target pricing.
3. Ensure seamless collaboration between international and local engineering teams for product development, enhancements, and customization in a timely manner.
4. Align strategy maps between local and central applications, products, and sales.
5. Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, including phase-out strategies and new product launches.
Required Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with hydraulic technology development is advantageous.
3. Relevant industry experience; product management experience is a plus.
4. Strong team collaboration skills and effective communication abilities.
5. Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
