Senior Finance Associate

Position Overview
This position is accountable to the Accounts Payable Manager and entails the meticulous review and timely processing of payment requests, ensuring adherence to established policies and regulations. Responsibilities also encompass managing financial matters related to payments, liaising with relevant departments and stakeholders, organizing financial training sessions for the community, and aiding in the upkeep of the financial system.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Duty A (60%) - Payment Processing and Financial Management
Payment Review and Execution
Conduct weekly reviews and process payment requests, including reimbursements, vendor disbursements, and miscellaneous payments, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures;Initiate vendor payments, collaborate with the procurement team, buyers, and requestors, and coordinate closely with the treasury team to guarantee timely and precise payments;Financial Management
Manage financial aspects related to payments, including expense accruals, reconciliations, and tax accounting;Generate monthly cash flow reports and reconcile accounts during the monthly closing process;Primary Duty B (30%) - Communication, Training, and System Oversight
Address inquiries regarding payment applications, provide training, and work with teams to sustain the financial system;Primary Duty C (10%) - Administrative Support
Ensure timely filing of vouchers and assist with miscellaneous tasks;Qualifications:
Essential Education
Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, finance, or business administration is required;Professional certification is preferred;Essential Experience
A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar role is preferred;Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and multimedia platforms;Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin;Exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities;Capability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure;Additional Information:
