**Job Summary**

The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

  • **Business Planning and Strategy**
  • Partner with the National Sales General Manager to develop and implement business plans and strategies, providing financial insights and recommendations to inform resource allocation and measurement.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales General Manager to evaluate business initiatives and provide action-oriented recommendations.
  • Lead the annual Budget and Forecast process, conducting comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business growth and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide sound financial analysis and opinion to support commercial decisions.
  • Work with the National Sales General Manager and commercial operation leader to set annual sales targets and conduct performance reviews.
  • Support the National Sales General Manager and commercial operation leader in conducting annual distributor performance reviews and proposing annual promotion plans and scorecards.
  • **P&L and Working Capital Management**
  • Partner with the National Sales General Manager to manage the full Profit and Loss statement, providing financial insights and recommendations on pricing, expenses, investments, and credit resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Regional General Manager to develop annual regional pricing plans, allocating resources to support business growth.
  • Work with the sales General Manager to allocate annual and monthly credit resources to distributors, managing regional Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to meet targets.
  • Maintain a balanced, objective, and holistic perspective on spending initiatives.
  • Provide financial alerts on pricing or credit resource deviations from budget or plan.
  • Conduct financial risk assessments on distributor credit term applications, on an annual basis or as needed.
  • Train and coach credit management awareness to sales colleagues.
  • **Governance and Control**
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide necessary finance training to sales teams, including finance policies, financial risk assessment tools, key finance control points, and financial basis ROI analysis methodologies.
  • Champion and support process improvement initiatives throughout the business.
