Key Responsibilities:- Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate quality assurance activities, including testing, review, and auditing.
- Work with the project team to ensure all quality requirements are met.
- Regularly report project quality status to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Automotive, or equivalent.
- Experience in project and/or series experience in development, production, and/or quality management.
- Knowledge of internal processes of product development in the powertrain.
- Routine handling of MS Office applications and MDS toolset.
- Good understanding of process of manufacture and quality control or management for the production plant.
- Teamwork and effective acting in an interdisciplinary environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to develop new approaches in the product development process.
