About the Role:

The Marketing Professional will be an integral part of the organizing, driving sales and growth through awareness, conversion, and retention activities for 8264 MS-Dormer Tools, India. This role actively contributes to business planning and drives direct and channel campaigns with a user-centric approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute, implement, and monitor Marketing Communication activities within the designated area of responsibility.
  • Ensure a smooth process to support sales with high-quality marketing materials and activities aligned with the brand position.
  • Liaise with marketing and sales managers to ensure understanding and compliance with marketing initiatives and policies.
  • Drive and lead changes in improving the overall Marketing process and synergies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate business-related activities to identify market opportunities and adjust marketing strategy and plans accordingly.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to support local business plans and activities, in close collaboration with the sales team to contribute to the sales pipeline.
  • Provide comprehensive support for event marketing and create social media content and campaigns, publishing marketing content on the local website.
  • Act in close collaboration with local sales management teams to ensure local business priorities are captured in the marketing plan.
  • Analyze marketing activity performance using Power BI, A/B testing of content, customer surveys, and other tools.
  • Manage external supplier relationships, including deliverables and expectations, through clear and consistent communication and project tracking.
  • Coordinate the regional marketing budget, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to budget.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in vendor management.
  • Experience in managing campaigns with data-driven results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience working in Marketing, preferably from multinational companies.
  • A degree in Marketing or related discipline is required.
  • Exceptional English writing and editing skills for both online and print media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of social media strategies and platforms.
  • Working knowledge of demand generation marketing tactics.
  • Insight into tools for marketing automation, CRM, Power BI, and Google Analytics, Office 365, and applications in the Adobe Creative Suite.
