Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive global product launch speed and post-launch business growth efficiency and productivity
  • Build and manage relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and engineering teams to meet high-reaching goals
  • Develop and implement processes and tools to evaluate and manage Amazon's product launch efficiencies
  • Drive product development to deliver collaboratively with teams and partners
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions, and track effectiveness of change
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team across design, operations, and engineering teams to meet high-reaching goals
