**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Controlling professional to join our team at MAHLE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic purchasing plans that drive business growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain purchasing budgets, forecasts, and allocations based on market trends and business needs.
  • Monitor and control purchasing costs, and collaborate with the Controlling team to track and analyze purchasing data.
  • Perform performance management and challenge the organization to achieve agreed-upon targets.
  • Measure purchasing performance and develop countermeasures to address non-achievement.
  • Develop and maintain purchasing KPIs and global reporting standards.
  • Provide transparent and timely purchasing data and analysis to support business decision-making.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • 2+ years of purchasing experience or business experience in an Automotive Manufacturing Tier 1 environment.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and data analysis.
  • Strong financial cost analysis, market analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
