SHE Supervisor

Job Summary

Envalior is seeking a highly skilled SHE Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring safe operations on site and sustainable compliance with Envalior SHE and Requirements, best practices and other relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the relevant requirements related to Envalior SHE&Security, Manufacturing, Quality, GMP, RoHS/REACH, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements, AEO and relevant local laws and regulations.
• Identify relevant SHE Legislation and conduct compliance evaluations.
• Develop and implement local SHE procedures according to Envalior SHE requirements, Life Saving Rules Standards, Process Safety Standards, and relevant legislations.
• Participate in SHE and process safety risk assessments.
• Show leadership to promote safety awareness and safe behavior in the site. Organize site basic behavior safety activities.
• Provide coaching and training in SHE and security to site employees and contractors.
• Lead site safety working committee to improve the safety awareness and develop SHE knowledge of shopfloor.
• Do routine SHE inspection to ensure effectiveness of procedures and communicates.
• Monitor and analyze data on SHE performance to reach KPIs.
• Participate in the incident investigation and conduct incident trend analysis.
• Coordinate the implementation of Corporate and BG activities, such as learning from incident, SHE flyer communication and Living Safety campaign.
• Interact with government officials and other third parties.
• Fully support and involve in DICI program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Certified Safety Engineer is preferred.
• Ability to work in multicultural and international environment.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and standards on SHE.
• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• At least 3 years of experience in SHE or operations management position in chemical industry.
