Warehouse Process Management
仓库流程管理
-Daily warehouse dispensing and receiving operation arrangement and management 
日常的仓库配料以及收货工作安排和管理。 
-Efficient communication with other departments including PET, quality, and other 
internal teams, complete problem solving and continuous improvement timely.
和其它部门包括生产/质量和其他内部业务部门等就配料以及收货相关问题进行高效的沟通，及时实施问题解决和业务改善。
-Coordinate capacity of dispensing or receiving staging area meet the demand of production volume. 
协调配料或者收货区域产能能够满足生产产量的需求。
-Act as lean and digital representative of warehouse receiving and dispensing business, to drive team lean and digital environment and bridge with other team’s initiatives to achieve continuous improvements.
作为仓库收货以及配料业务团队的精益和数字化代表，驱动团队精益以及数字化提升并对接其他团队的相关项目，以实现持续改善的目的。
-Conduct regular gemba walk into receiving and dispensing area, drive standardized operation and identify wastes for continuous improvements. 
制定gemba计划并执行，驱动操作流程的标准化并识别浪费驱动持续改善。
-BPC of warehouse dispensing and receiving business, governance business
operation document creation and modification, etc. Ensure all WI meets document
lifecycle requirements
仓库配料以及收货流程的BPC，管理业务流程文件的创建以及更新等，确保所有文件符合生命周期管理的要求。
-Support quality/SOX audit, act as front person when need.
支持质量或财务审计，需要时可作为仓库部门的审计front person。
-Build operators capability/competency develop plan and organize trainings, practices, examinations.
制定操作员工的能力发展培养计划，并组织培训，实践以及考核等。
-Participate in the tier meeting, timely communicate and solve the problems and 
risks in the process, escalate the problems if necessary, and ensure the continuous 
and stable operation. 
参与tier会议，及时沟通解决流程中的问题和风险等等，必要时升级问题。
People management
人员管理

-Make training plan to develop skills and knowledge of staff in team and strive to team and people development.
制订团队培训方案以提高团队成员技能和知识。
-Support warehouse manager to continuously work on warehouse operator career development and progress healthily

Lean

-Identify improvement opportunities in the process actively and seek resources to track and promote improvement
积极识别流程中的改善机会，并寻求资源跟踪推动改善。
-Responsible for lean work and motivate the team for Lean idea and projects.
负责团队的精益工作并激励团队提出精益建议和项目。
 

Education, Qualification, Experience
教育、资质、经验
-University degree or above
大学学历及以上
-At least 5 years experiences in pharma industry warehouse area
至少5年制药行业仓库业务经验
-At least 2 years people management role and experiences
至少2年人员管理经验
