Job Description Conduct digital tools and automation solution in 3rd party warehouse Management of warehouse service provider in daily operations Guide LSP to set up warehouse WI, process optimize of inbound and outbound Ensure warehouse stock accuracy Supervisor daily goods receiving, picking, packing and cycle count Handling goods damage, return, discrepancy, scrapping, ect. Ensure adherence of warehouse performance and quality KPI Implement and initiate measures to ensure customer warehouse performance and quality Implement customer's quality standards in WH Execute improvement work in warehouse together with LSP to increase efficiency and productivity and reduce costs which was aligned with customers Warehouse layout design and location optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor degree At least 5 years' experience in management of warehouse service provider Experience in digital tool and automation solution in logistics area Experience in improvement work on the shop floor Experience in use of SAP, SAP-WM -eWM or other WMS system Experience in implementation of quality tools and methodology based on VDA , TS16949 and ISO 90001 Understanding of Lean Principles Very good communication skills Strong written and oral English communication skills Strong team player, pro-active, flexible, willing to take additional responsibilities, entrepreneurship, negotiation, influence, eye for details, able to work under stressful environment, analytical and intellectual competency, and able to work independently
