Job Duties & Responsibilities

Engineering for Performance parts

• Localization of drawings and bill of materials to support local purchasing

- Translation to Chinese

- Convert Nordic material and standard requirements to local

• Technical support for sales

- Access to PDM structures and global drawing archives

- Identification of customer needs together with sales representatives

• Installed base management

- As built vs as is structures in PDM

• Item management

• Technical data correct in system

• Technical support for service products of performance parts;

• Communicate and get support from global engineering team;

• Engineering drawing applying;

• Maintain good records of own work, monthly or as requested report own work to line manager;

• Work together with procurement, to communication or visit supplier, to make sure our requirement is clearly understood by suppliers.

• Work together with quality engineer, to check and approve the outsourced parts.

• Customer visiting with TU PE/PM for performance parts solution preparation.

• Customer site installation supporting for performance parts.

• Performance parts quality checking and reporting to improve CES.

Order processing in SAP/Baan system

--define item code/product delivery time and price

--Confirm delivery scope and schedule with internal/external customers

与内部/外部客户确定订单的交货范围和时间表

--Follow up whole order process with related team members

与相关的团队成员一起跟踪订单的整个流程

--Arrange goods delivery with warehouse team and forwarding team

与仓储团队和物流团队一起安排货物的发货

--Final invoice and VAT follow up

发货发票和增值税发票的跟踪

System tools related to work

与工作相关的系统工具的使用

CRM-CoMPass客户管理工具 SalesForce 技术销售管理工具 Stream 内部询价管理工具 M-Files 文件管理工具 etc.. 以及其他相关工具 requirement:

-3 years working experience in paper and pulp industry or related mechanical area;

• Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering major or pulp and paper major;

• Knowledge required in AutoCAD skill/experience;

• Self confident and ready to learn new things;

• Service and sale minded;

• Good English level and strong communication skills .
