You will join Yixing Plant operation team and base in Yixing, your main responsibilities are：

Clear job safety responsibilities, establish safety awareness, adhere to the practice of company safety culture Work with cross functional team to deliver Continuous Improvement targets. Identify/suggest improvement opportunities and support implementation of Kaizen projects in the shop floor. Daily manage production department. and organize the statistics and analysis of various production data. Use statistical tools or programs to conduct data statistics and analysis of workshop production costs. Support monthly inventory work. Support the implementation and supervision of 5S management and activities in the production workshop. Learn professional knowledge of connector component products and coordinate the work of production personnel in the connector business. Collaborate with relevant departments to verify and organize the application of new idea and technologies to improve labor productivity.

Who we're looking for:

Strong ability to drive and solve problems; Strong data analysis and planning abilities, and can withstand high work pressure Strong learning and communication skills, customer-oriented, excellent organizational coordination and systematic thinking skills Good professional ethics Be familiar with MS software, Excel expert, MS Access better. Having a VBA foundation. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement tools. Bachelor or above degree Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing,
