The position

This position is in EEMJ which is the manufacturing base for Business Unit DEM, supplying to Asia Pacific area mainly. It is critical for our business in this region as:
本岗位是在恩骅力工程材料业务组亚太区的江阴场地，主要服务供应亚太区域。在此区域基于以下方面本职位为业务关键岗位：

-        Customer Satisfaction Level 客户满意水平

-        Order to Cash Process 订单至收款流程

-        Compliance with China laws and regulations 中国区法律法规的合规性

 

Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility

-      Manage daily outbound shipments execution to domestic and overseas customers incl. different modes, e.g. road, air, sea, waterway, railway and bulk.
管理日常出运执行为国内外客户服务，包含多种运输方式，例如陆运、空运、海运、内河水运和散装物料。

-      Collaborate with CSR, schedulers, warehouse and 3PL to provide 1st-in-class delivery service to customers. Quick response to urgent shipments.
与客服、计划、仓库和第三方物流服务商协作，给客户提供最优送达服务。对于紧急发运快速响应。

-      Prepare shipping documents and booking for export and bonded goods delivery.
准备发运文件和为出口和保税发运预定资源。

-      Manage and collaborate with planning team on import shipments for production.
与计划团队协作管理进口运输。

-      Manage 3PL vendors’ daily operation and monthly billing verification.
管理第三方服务商的日常操作以及每月的账单核对。

-      Ensure the transportation in compliance with corporate requirements and local regulations.
确保运输符合集团要求和当地法规。

-      Ensure the accuracy of files and avoid the customs non-compliance.
确保文件准确性避免关务问题。

-      Proactively lead and participate in continuous improvement projects.
主动领导或参与持续改进项目。

-      Proactively lead and participate in root cause investigation activities.
主动领导或参与根本原因调查事件。

-      Other tasks assigned by line manager.
其它上级指派的任务。

-      Follow the responsibility of EEMJ transportation safety management. Report the incident immediately to the line manager if happened, and follow up the actions required by high level.
遵守江阴场地运输安全管理职责要求。当事故发生时及时向上级汇报，并跟踪执行上级要求的行动项。

Requirements

教育背景要求Knowledge and educational level

-  A bachelor’s degree or above
学士学位或更高

- Fluent in written and oral English
熟练的英文口语和写作

-        

经验要求Required level of experiences

-  3 years hands-on experience in logistics and transportation
3年物流和运输的操作经验

-  ERP system experience, SAP preferred
ERP系统经验，SAP优先

-  Be familiar with Microsoft Office
熟悉微软Office软件

-  Bonded goods management experience is a plus
保税货物管理经验更好

-  Good and proactive communication, team player
良好的主动的沟通，团队协作

-  Able to work independently under pressure
