Job Title: Planner
We are looking for a skilled Planner to join our team at Voith Paper.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet capacity demands and customer needs, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximum capacity utilization.
- Monitor and analyze daily production performance, identifying deviations from plans and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
- Continuously improve planning processes and methods to enhance production planning efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing production status, efficiency, order status, and equipment conditions.
- Optimize production plans based on customer requirements to minimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with customer service to meet urgent delivery demands, including providing exchange lists and arranging emergency orders.
- Work closely with customer service, production, quality, design, and procurement departments to maximize capacity and shipping.
- Purchase imported semi-finished products from internal companies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 2 years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or VBA.
