Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate product ideas and provide investment advice to clients.
  • Prepare and present product term sheets and relevant documents to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the dealing team to structure and price products, ensuring alignment with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Execute trades and book transactions for OTC options and structured products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in structured product advisory or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Engineering.
  • Registration under the SFC in regulated activities.
  • Proven track record in OTC and structured product trading or advisory.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proactive disposition and a go-better mentality.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
