This role will work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to shape each prioritized asset with market access perspective. The successful candidate will have strong access knowledge and expertise, as well as the ability to work with global, regional, and local colleagues to prepare assets for reaching ambitious access and price objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop access strategy for early assets, working closely with global/regional/local teams
  • Provide strong matrix working with partners in Portfolio, R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial to shape early assets strategy with market access perspectives
  • Create, test, and optimize value stories for early assets
  • Develop NRDL opportunities vs. alternative payment schemes
  • Develop early assets programs and follow-up
  • Develop access capability frameworks and follow-up

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in public health, health economics, or medicine
  • More than 5 years of access-related experience in a pharmaceutical company, with a focus on early assets planning
  • Strong communication skills, including coaching, influencing, and storytelling
  • Good interpersonal skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and creativity
  • Leadership skills, with a focus on achieving excellence with integrity and through team work
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
