Job Description:

We're seeking an exceptional Strategic IT Security Lead to spearhead our Supply Chain Security initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic security planning, risk management, and compliance across our global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive OT security strategies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to execute OT incident response and identify vulnerabilities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to define security policy frameworks customized for Supply Chain Technologies.
  • Identify and deploy effective security tools and solutions for inventory collection, vulnerability management, antivirus, endpoint detection, and response.
  • Maintain robust ISC security controls to protect business from security breaches and incidents.
  • Evaluate new cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies to develop effective security controls.
  • Establish regular governance with service owners to review security control status and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of enterprise IT security experience, preferably in supply chain security.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CIPP are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
