Job Description: Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

This strategic role plays a critical part in shaping our workforce and culture. The successful candidate will determine and implement strategies for attracting, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, engaging, developing, and retaining top talent. As part of the People Product and Implementation team, this individual will also lead and manage the operationalization of People Team products to drive employee engagement, build our culture, and fuel the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a thriving workplace by implementing feedback mechanisms, including our engagement survey, pulse surveys, and employee listening sessions.
  • Determine strategies to continuously improve our employee value proposition and implement programs to build a culture where employees feel valued, understood, and motivated.
  • Develop and/or curate learning solutions and paths to elevate employee performance and build skills.
  • Lead the development and implementation of policy information and procedures to promote fairness and equity in the workplace.
  • Enhance and develop reporting across all Talent Management areas to guide decision-making.
  • Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace by analyzing results, determining actions, and leading DEI awareness-building initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the People Team to continuously raise our high-performance bar and implement recognition programs.
  • Support the implementation of recruiting and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Human Relations.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, including talent acquisition, learning & development, and organizational design.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, design, implement, and manage strategic initiatives.
  • Passion for people and building a high-performance culture.
  • Experience working with multiple time zones and countries.
  • Detail-oriented with impeccable follow-through and excellent communication skills.
Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
