Lead Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
1. Implement the CSBU Project Selection & Product Strategy framework to facilitate business growth, resource distribution, and ongoing improvement initiatives within the facility, aligning the business unit's strategy to ensure that product and marketing efforts are effectively tailored to support the overall mission, strategy, and objectives. 2. Collaborate with the Global Product Manager (GPM) as a strategic partner to comprehend the annual business launch, growth status, customer strategies, target pricing, lead time, and product strategies for launches within the facility. Partner with GPM leadership to establish annual revenue and profit budgets for the facility and monitor results monthly. 3. Manage customer visits to the facility, showcasing and promoting the plant's capabilities, and coordinate with GPM/GPM leadership to present the product roadmap and capabilities during customer visits. 4. Lead and coordinate Plant Operation Teams and Business Units to propose solutions that optimize costs and lead times, thereby enhancing the business pipeline. Address escalations from GPM/GSM and coordinate with the plant's corresponding teams to provide prompt support and responses to meet customer expectations regarding quality, delivery, and lead time issues. 5. Oversee the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) for new product planning strategies and capacity loading reviews to prepare materials and capacity at the factory based on the status of new project launches. Work with the planning team to assess existing product capacity loading and collaborate with GPM on capital investments to drive capacity expansion that meets customer expectations. 6. Assist operations in reviewing excess materials and developing disposition proposals to minimize scrap and order cancellations. 7. Coordinate the Product Change Notification (PCN) and Engineering Change Notification (ECN) processes within the plant alongside GPM & GSM, including changes in production locations, raw materials, suppliers, second sources, and process improvements. 8. Collaborate with plant finance to review new investment proposals prior to launching new projects. Compare the Direct Material Flow (DMF) Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Profit against actuals when transitioning new projects to operations. 9. Act in a project role to lead cross-functional teams in identifying risks, challenges, escalations, solutions, and action plans to overcome barriers during project execution and product development activities. Identify gaps in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process within the Business Unit and plant, seeking to streamline and optimize processes and ensure product safety launches within Molex. 10. Support GPM in managing product phases from introduction to end-of-life activities within the plant.Basic Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher with 5 to 10 years of experience in the electronics sector. 2. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin. 3. Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, CRM, and SAP. 4. Experience in a supervisory role related to product marketing and management within high-speed systems. 5. Comprehensive understanding of operational activities and the ability to manage small-scale operational cells. 6. Knowledge of cost formulation in both New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production contexts. 7. Proven ability to advocate for profit and return on investment on behalf of global product managers, engaging the plant to lead cost reduction initiatives, capacity planning, and quality improvements to exceed business goals.About Us
