Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&B Captain to join our team at Amanjena Marrakech. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that our restaurants meet the highest standards of luxury and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Engage and excite guests in all F&B areas, providing excellence of service in accordance with luxury standards and Aman philosophy.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, ensuring that all team members are working to the best of their ability and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Service Standards: Ensure that all service areas are adequately stocked with necessary equipment and supplies, and that the restaurants are well prepared to receive guests.
  • Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu and products, present and recommend menus, and repeat orders accurately.
  • Guest Relations: Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, promoting positive guest relations at all times.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all functions of the MICROS system are accessed correctly, and that all cashiering related duties and payment handling procedures are followed in accordance with specifications.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or resort, with well-developed F&B operations skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Mandarin and proficient in English communication.
  • Eligibility: Eligible to work in Shanghai.
