Logistics Shipping Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of goods within the SAP system.
• Develop a daily shipping schedule based on customer planner requirements and generate shipping orders in the TMC system.
• Monitor the daily dispatch of finished products and address any issues related to product damage promptly.
• Process goods issues according to customer portals and signed ASNs to assist the Finance department.
• Review transportation expenses on a monthly basis and report findings to the Finance team.
• Engage with painting service providers and resolve any irregularities.
• Facilitate the delivery coordination with other departments, such as after-sales service.
• Serve as the logistics coordinator for various project-related topics.
• Execute lean logistics initiatives related to BPS to meet departmental objectives.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics or business administration.
• Training: Familiarity with SAP and logistics management is essential.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with strong English communication and computer skills.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the automotive sector.
