NLP Researcher

Zoom is seeking a highly skilled NLP Researcher to join our team. As a key member of our NLP team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing natural language processing models for our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and train machine learning models for automatic meeting summaries, leveraging diverse language datasets to enhance model performance.
• Collect, process, and preprocess large-scale multilingual text datasets, incorporating cutting-edge semantic representation models to improve downstream task performance.
• Explore and apply state-of-the-art deep learning models and techniques to optimize dialogue systems and user experiences.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) or related field.
• Proven experience in NLP research and development, with a strong track record of innovation and impact.
• Excellent programming skills and experience with deep learning frameworks.
• Publication record in top-tier conferences or journals, or a strong portfolio of industry-recognized patents.
• Experience in open-source communities or recognized expertise in the field is a plus.
