Job Description

Zoom is seeking a highly skilled NLP Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our NLP team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying natural language processing models for various products, including Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Events.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy NLP models for text analysis, sentiment analysis, and speech recognition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP models into our products.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and deep learning.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality NLP models that meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements

  • PhD in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Strong background in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning.
  • Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
