Job Overview:
  • Position Summary:

-Oversee and contribute to the execution of contracts, ensuring supplier performance aligns with On Quality On Time (OQOT) standards.

Conduct thorough oversight of supplier operations, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of their overall status and scope.

Develop and implement recovery and enhancement strategies to guarantee that products and services meet contractual quality and delivery requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate collaboration among all stakeholders involved in the management of Airbus Atlantic Supplier operations, contributing to relevant Multi-Functional or Divisional Teams (MFT/MDT).

Serve as the primary liaison with suppliers for operational matters.

Evaluate suppliers during the bidding process and assist in the selection process.

Manage and contribute to the supply chain and quality components of contracts, ensuring adherence to On Time, On Quality (and On Cost when applicable) performance metrics.

Oversee supplier quality approvals, ensuring compliance with necessary certifications in collaboration with relevant parties.

Support or monitor new product introductions, transitions, and modifications to ensure industrial qualification maturity prior to serial production.

Assess supplier capacity, capability, and performance, contributing to their development.

Identify industrial risks associated with suppliers and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.

Formulate short-term recovery plans as needed.

Initiate and manage projects aimed at improving supplier performance.

Report on supplier operational metrics.

Utilize current tools to manage all supplier-related activities effectively.

  • Qualifications:

We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications and experience:


• A degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related field.


• Proficient negotiation and communication skills in English are essential (knowledge of French and/or Chinese is advantageous).


• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality or related Supply Chain roles.


• A detail-oriented, independent, and customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


• Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, teamwork, flexibility, and proactive behavior.
