We're looking for a Director of Food and Beverage to join our team.

As Director of Food and Beverage, you'll be responsible for:

  • Improving the profitability of our food and beverage outlets
  • Optimizing our food and beverage operations
  • Maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Planning and executing themed events and activities
  • Leading our food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensuring the implementation of food safety programs

We're looking for someone with:

  • A passion for food and beverage
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience working in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel environment
  • A creative and innovative approach to food and beverage operations
  • Fluency in English and the local language
