As a Front Desk Associate at Marriott International, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be key to ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between.

The Impact You'll Make

From welcoming guests with a warm smile to resolving any issues that may arise, you will be the face of our hotel, making a lasting impression on every guest who walks through our doors. Your efficiency and problem-solving skills will be put to the test, and you will be expected to think on your feet, handling any situation that comes your way.

What You'll Do

  1. Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  2. Secure payment and verify billing information, handling any necessary adjustments
  3. Provide guests with room and hotel information, as well as directions and local recommendations
  4. Run daily reports, reviewing and communicating any necessary information to the next shift's staff
  5. Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at the end of each shift
  6. Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering them to the right department
  7. Communicate any emergencies, lost items, or theft to proper security staff and/or authorities

This role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards, as well as the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
