We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, responsible for ensuring a warm and personalized welcome.

About the role

This is a full-time position that requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-orientated approach. You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing arrival lists to greet guests
  • Attending to special guests and answering their inquiries
  • Preparing welcome folders with hotel information and amenities
  • Providing information about hotel services and local attractions
  • Anticipating guest needs and building rapport with customers
  • Offering assistance with tasks such as travel arrangements and message taking
  • Addressing customer complaints and escalating to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary
  • Recording information in the logbook daily
  • Ensuring compliance with health and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and above
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is preferred
  • Experience in front desk or restaurants is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
