Job Title: Global Commodity Manager, Passive Electrical Commodities

We are seeking a seasoned supply chain expert to join our team as a Global Commodity Manager for Passive Electrical Commodities. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the cost-effectiveness of our products and the resilience of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commodities strategy, overseeing sourcing, reviewing, and purchasing of passive electrical commodities.
  • Deploy global supply chain activities, risk mitigation, and higher resiliency in response to new requirements.
  • Evaluate, select, and qualify suppliers, recommending new suppliers to management and negotiating favorable prices and terms of purchase.
  • Work with suppliers to optimize cost, supply flexibility, and quality performance, and manage commodity managers to execute cost reduction initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential supply chain issues and navigate market risks.
  • Ensure budget management, adhering to project-approved budgets.
  • Prevent and solve complex supplier issues for revenue attainment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams and leverage Power BI and other world-class tools to optimize supply chain processes and improve collaboration amongst operations teams.
  • Analyze data and present results to help management identify key trends for decision-making in various domains.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or supply chain management.
  • Professional certification like CPSM/CIPS/CPPM/PMP is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in sourcing, supply chain, or commodity management specifically in passive electrical commodities.
  • Experience in EMS factory supply chain management, knowledge about GPU and networking products is a plus.
