The Dipont Debate Program

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Debate Coach to join our team. As a coach, you will be responsible for teaching students the fundamentals of debate, including research, evidence, and structure. You will also be expected to lead students to tournament-level strategies and prepare them for local and national competitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach students of all levels, from fundamentals to tournament-level strategies
  • Prepare students for local and national competitions
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of each class
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors to achieve program goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Debate coaching experience
  • Teaching experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to live and work in China for two years
