Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
  • Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks.
  • Ensure that any outstanding requests from the previous day receive priority and are resolved.
  • Monitor inventory and order general office supplies.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related work experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Supervisory experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
