Management Development Program

Aman Group is seeking talented individuals to join our 18-month custom and immersive Management Development Program, designed to cultivate the future leaders of our ultra-luxury hospitality brand.

Program Overview

The program journey begins with a 1-month period of immersion across all areas of the business, including operations, finance, HR, and sales. You will gain an insight into the various aspects of the business, gaining an overview of what it takes to effectively manage an ultra-luxury property. You will choose a specific division to specialize in, either Rooms or Food & Beverage, progressively assuming increased responsibilities, refining your expertise and accelerating your growth.

Responsibilities

We are seeking individuals who share our passion for luxury and have a desire to make a positive impact on both the guest experience and the communities in which we operate. We are looking for exceptional individuals who are eager to make their mark and be part of an exciting journey with our rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree preferably in hospitality.
  • Possess at least 1 year prior work or internship experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Eligibility to work in the destination.
  • Fluent in English, Russian and Mandarin.

  • Operationally focused, with a desire to assume responsibility and pursue an international career.
  • Bring a positive outlook on challenging situations and have a sense of fun.
