About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Four Seasons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable dining experience. You will lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize the restaurant's operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
