About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize the restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu concepts and specials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality guest experiences.
