Restaurant Operations Manager

As an Assistant Manager at Park Hyatt Hangzhou, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of the restaurant according to the established concept statement. You will provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to guests at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Outlet Manager to ensure that the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement.
- Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to guests at all times.
- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to associates on preparation, service, and menu.
- Liaise with the Culinary Department on daily operations and quality control.
- Ensure that the outlet is kept clean and organized, both at the front and back of house.
- Coordinate and maintain machine maintenance reports and records.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage, and service.
- Ensure that all associates establish a rapport with guests.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu.
- Ability to recommend food and beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
