Off Premise Distribution Manager

At Red Bull, we're always pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As our Off Premise Distribution Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth and success in the Off Premise channel.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive volume and distribution growth in the Off Premise channel, working closely with distribution partners and wholesalers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing and promotions, ensuring profitability and minimizing cross-channel cannibalization.
- Lead the development of a long-term distribution model for China, working with distribution partners and wholesalers to deliver sustainable growth and expansion.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities and gaps in distribution and SKU listings, driving business growth and improvement.
- Manage the yearly budget and control of free goods, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Lead and coach a high-performing team, driving productivity and engagement through training and development.
- 8+ years of experience in distribution and/or supplier management, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating wholesaler and external sales forces.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
