Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager Off Highway to join our team at ZF Services (China) Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, China.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain an effective sales and service network to meet the demands of our OEM customers and drive parts sales growth.
  • Collect and analyze market dynamics and information to support sales policy, business planning, and adjustments.
  • Design and implement sales activities and events for our Off Highway IAM partners, in collaboration with the marketing and service departments, to increase business awareness and sales growth.
  • Handle orders, sales agreements, and contracts, as well as routine sales topics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication and visits, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with the OE Sales Division and other business units to achieve sales and business objectives.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of the Off Highway market and sales strategies is essential.
