Your Key Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at NIVEA (Shanghai) Company. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business targets on Tmall.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve Tmall FY sales targets, ensuring both sell-in and sell-out goals are met.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of Tmall's in-site resources and leverage them to acquire free and valuable resources for business growth.
  • Monitor competitor trends and activities, and collaborate with the MKT team to acquire additional resources to support business achievement.
  • Manage trade expenses and resources effectively, ensuring logical allocation and optimal utilization.
  • Have a good command of basic finance knowledge and be responsible for Tmall sales-related expenses planning and reimbursement.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • At least 2 years of experience in EC key account management, with Tmall experience preferred.
  • Strong ownership in driving sales results and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passionate about the skincare industry and sensitive to business data.
  • Good written and oral English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
