Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Haleon. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and analyze customer data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to work across functions to drive sales and revenue growth.
