About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at DB Schenker. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in China, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth with key clients
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Work closely with the Regional Key Account team to leverage knowledge and relationships for Greater China
- Provide information to business development activities and work closely with network partners to develop successful account strategies
- Collaborate with operational functions to ensure highest quality service is delivered to all Key Account clients
- Develop and implement SOPs for key accounts and maintain strict adherence to company credit policy
Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Sound business acumen and excellent knowledge of logistic services
- Deep understanding of supply chain management and its strategic and financial implications
- Distinct analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to explain complex solutions simply
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in China
- Bright, modest, and winning personality
