- Experience with China retailers and knowledge in the Beauty category.
- Experience in Travel Retail is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing relationships at all levels.
- Operational efficiency, strategic credibility, and adaptability.
- Executive presence, organized, driven, and able to work under fast pace and in a matrix organization.
- Excellent English communication skills and effective relationship building skills with internal and external partners.
