About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Coty as a Key Account Manager in China. As a seasoned business professional, you will be responsible for managing key accounts across TR China, driving commercial negotiations, and developing strong working relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts across TR China, achieving sales and profit plans.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for each retailer, aligning with budget targets.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities within the region, including new brands listing, new retailers, and distribution expansion.
  • Drive commercial negotiations at corporate and field levels, working with clients to maximize business aspects.
  • Forecast sales and non-saleable goods to optimize costs and avoid obsolescence.
  • Implement marketing, merchandising, and digital guidelines, working with the TR Asia Pacific Team and Germany Offices.
  • Negotiate promotional activities to develop the business and gather market intelligence related to the industry.
Requirements
  • Experience with China retailers and knowledge in the Beauty category.
  • Experience in Travel Retail is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing relationships at all levels.
  • Operational efficiency, strategic credibility, and adaptability.
  • Executive presence, organized, driven, and able to work under fast pace and in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent English communication skills and effective relationship building skills with internal and external partners.
