Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at DB Schenker. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients in China, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth with key clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with the Regional Key Account team to leverage knowledge and relationships for Greater China
  • Provide information to business development activities and work closely with network partners to develop successful account strategies
  • Collaborate with operational functions to ensure highest quality service is delivered to all Key Account clients
  • Develop and implement SOPs for key accounts and maintain strict adherence to company credit policy

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Sound business acumen and excellent knowledge of logistic services
  • Deep understanding of supply chain management and its strategic and financial implications
  • Distinct analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to explain complex solutions simply
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Working experience in China and a bright, modest, and winning personality
